Disabling Sold / Item Removed Notifications from a Campaign

Overview

If you are receiving email notifications when creatives are removed from a campaign by a data source, you can disable those notifications at the campaign level.

This guide shows how to turn off the Removed Item Notification setting for a single campaign.

Objective

By the end of this guide, you will know how to:

  • Open campaign settings for one campaign
  • Disable Removed Item Notification
  • Stop "Item Removed" notifications for that campaign

Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure you have:

  • Access to the target campaign
  • Permission to open and edit campaign settings

Steps

  1. Click Campaigns in the left navigation.
  2. Open the campaign where you want to stop notifications.
  3. Click the 3-dots icon in the campaign header.
  4. Click Settings.
  5. In the Campaign Settings dialog, scroll to Removed Item Notification.
  6. Turn the switch Off.
  7. Save or close the dialog (based on your account workflow).

What This Setting Controls

Removed Item Notification controls whether Lucit sends notifications when a data feed removes items from that specific campaign.

These notifications are typically sent when automated processes (like Application Data Feeds) remove or delete items from your campaign because they no longer exist or were sold. For example, Vehicles, Real Estate, Sports Games and other articles and events.

When this setting is turned off:

  • "Item Removed" notifications stop for this campaign
  • Other campaigns are not changed

You can also review Removed Item Notification User Roles to control which user roles receive these notifications when the setting is enabled.

Tips

  • Use this when campaign stakeholders no longer need data-feed removal alerts.
  • Keep the setting enabled for campaigns where feed monitoring is important.
  • Apply this per campaign, since it does not automatically update other campaigns.

Common Questions

Is this change account-wide?

No. This is a single-campaign setting.

Can I turn it back on later?
