Using ChatGPT or Gemini for Dynamic Creative Ideas and How to Build Them¶
This guide helps customer-facing teams use AI tools to quickly generate practical dynamic creative ideas for digital out-of-home (DOOH) campaigns in Lucit.
Legal and Privacy Note (External Customers)¶
Before using any AI tool:
- Do not paste confidential contracts, private customer data, unreleased pricing, or non-public campaign details.
- Use placeholders first, then replace with approved details only.
- Treat AI output as a draft. Human review is required before sharing with clients.
- Verify all claims (features, data availability, pricing, legal language, and business facts) before launch.
- Confirm any uncertain capability with Lucit support before you promise it in a proposal.
Prerequisites¶
For this workflow, paid plans are recommended because they usually provide more reliable reasoning depth, larger context handling, and better research support.
ChatGPT
Use Plus or higher: https://chatgpt.com/pricing/
Gemini
Use AI Pro or higher: https://gemini.google/subscriptions/
Quick Start Workflow¶
- Choose one prompt template from this page.
- Fill in client and campaign placeholders.
- Generate ideas in ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Run the verification checklist before sharing any recommendation.
- Use the refined concept to build in Lucit.
Verification Checklist (Required)¶
Use this checklist before sending ideas to clients:
- Source quality: Are sources current and from reliable public references?
- Claim validation: Are prices, offers, products, and facts verified?
- Lucit fit: Is the concept supported by standard Lucit capabilities?
- Data readiness: Is each required data source available and legal to use?
- Compliance: Is messaging appropriate for local advertising standards?
- Readability: Can a moving audience understand the message in a few seconds?
Prompt Templates¶
The following templates are designed for dynamic creative planning in DOOH.
Creative Ideas for Clients¶
General idea generation
I am an Account Executive for an out-of-home advertising company. We use Lucit to create dynamic campaigns for digital billboards and digital signage.
Lucit documentation:
https://lucit.app/docs/
Client information:
* Client name: [CLIENT_NAME]
* Primary location or market: [CITY_STATE]
* Client website: [WEBSITE_IF_AVAILABLE]
* Industry: [INDUSTRY_IF_KNOWN]
* Campaign period timeframe: [DATES_OR_TIMEFRAME]
* Known business objective: [OBJECTIVE, OR "NOT YET DEFINED"]
Research the client, its products or services, its target customers, the local market, and relevant events, seasons, holidays, or business opportunities during the campaign period. Review Lucit documentation and recommend ideas that make meaningful use of Lucit dynamic creative capabilities.
Create 10 distinct campaign concepts that an account executive could present to the client.
For each concept, provide:
1. Campaign name
2. Business objective
3. Target audience
4. Dynamic concept and how the billboard or signage changes
5. Data required (weather, time, location, inventory, pricing, events, sports results, APIs, spreadsheets, or another source)
6. Lucit capability that could be used
7. Example billboard headline (about seven words or fewer)
8. Suggested call to action
9. Best timing within the campaign period
10. Why the idea is relevant to this client and market
11. Implementation complexity (Simple, Moderate, or Advanced)
12. Information that must be confirmed with the client
Present results in a table, followed by a section titled "Top Three Recommendations" explaining which three concepts are strongest and why.
Keep ideas practical for digital out-of-home advertising. Prioritize messages that can be understood within a few seconds. Do not claim that the client offers a product, service, price, promotion, or capability unless a reliable source confirms it.
Cite current public sources used for client, market, event, and seasonal research. Clearly label assumptions. When a concept may require a custom integration or a data source whose availability is uncertain, mark it as "Requires Lucit confirmation".
Product or service specific ideas

For each idea, provide:

4. Trigger or rule that changes the creative
5. Required data source
6. Lucit capability that could support the concept
7. Example headline (about seven words or fewer)

* The most innovative idea for demonstrating Lucit capabilities
Keep all messaging suitable for digital billboards and signage, where viewers may have only a few seconds to read the ad. Do not invent prices, offers, product availability, client facts, or technical capabilities.
Cite current public sources used in research. Clearly identify assumptions, and flag any concept that may require a custom integration or confirmation from Lucit.
Concept Art Prompt¶
After AI generates campaign concepts, choose one and convert it into concept artwork for demonstrations or creative-team direction.
If you are continuing in the same chat from idea generation, prefix your prompt with:
Using your Dynamic Creative Concept [Concept Number / Name from Above], please fill out the following prompt template so I can generate concept art in 1400x400 format.
Then use this template:
