Reporting, Analytics, and Data Export¶
Overview¶
Lucit provides real-time analytics for all campaigns. Plays, impressions, and time-on-screen data are available immediately — no batch processing delays. Analytics are accessible directly in the Lucit application to operators, account executives, advertisers, and other authorized users based on their role.
Analytics Access by Role¶
Analytics visibility is controlled by user roles:
| Role | Analytics Access |
|---|---|
| Operator Admin / Agency Admin | Full analytics across all accounts and campaigns on their network |
| Account Exec | Analytics for campaigns on their assigned screens |
| Account Admin / Account User | Analytics for their own account's campaigns |
| Account Poster | Analytics for their own account's campaigns |
| View Only | View-only access to analytics (no editing) |
| Account Bot / API | Access via agency.viewAnalytics or account.viewAnalytics permissions |
See the User Roles Reference for the complete role definitions.
Analytics Dashboard Views¶
Navigate to the Analytics tab in the Lucit application to access all reporting views. The following views are available:
By Period (Time-Series)¶
View plays, impressions, and time-on-screen over time. Available granularities: - Per minute - Per hour - Per day - Per week - Per month - Per year - Custom longer timeframes
By Creative¶
Plays, impressions, and time-on-screen broken down by each individual creative in your campaign — including every variation of a dynamic creative as it changes over time.
By Campaign¶
Aggregate plays, impressions, and time-on-screen rolled up to the campaign level. Useful for comparing performance across multiple campaigns.
By Screen¶
Plays, impressions, and time-on-screen for each individual screen in your campaign. Shows which specific locations are generating the most delivery.
Dashboard Customization¶
Analytics dashboards in Lucit are standardized — the views and metric definitions are consistent across all accounts and operators. Users cannot create custom dashboard layouts or add/remove metric widgets.
However, within the standard dashboard you can: - Switch between the Period, Creative, Campaign, and Screen views using tabs - Adjust date ranges and time granularity - Filter by specific campaigns, screens, or creatives
Exporting Reports¶
Manual Export¶
Analytics data can be exported manually from any analytics report page:
- Navigate to
Analytics - Apply any filters or date ranges you want to capture
- Click the Export button
- Choose your format: CSV or Excel
- The file downloads immediately
Automated / Scheduled Reports¶
Automated report generation is available via the Lucit API. Developers can build integrations that:
- Pull analytics data on a scheduled basis
- Generate custom reports in any format
- Push data to BI tools, spreadsheets, or CRM systems
